  • There are many great products made locally here in Calgary. Our aim is to showcase locally made products to all Calgarians. Buying local does so much more for all of us.
  • Supports the local economy. Buying local means more money stays within your community. Every dollar spent generates twice as much income for the local economy.
  • Reduces your carbon footprint. When your product doesn’t travel long distances, you’re promoting better air quality and reducing pollution.

How long to get my order in Calgary?

  • Delivery, within Calgary and surrounding areas, is guaranteed at 3 business days or less.

How we deliver?

  • Local drivers will personally deliver the items to you. 
  • Depending on location in Calgary or size of order, we may also use Canada Post.

What is the cost of Delivery in Calgary?

  • Always free home delivery in Calgary
  • Free home delivery in Surrounding Calgary Areas. Conditions may apply

My shipping address is outside of Calgary ?

  • We will process your order and ship it to you using Canada-Post. Some Item(s) in our catalog are only limited to Calgary. Read carefully the description. In case you order one of this items, We will refund the item(s) minus the processing fee.
  • We use canada post rate for shipping in Alberta:
    • Some products may not be eligible for free shipping.
    • Canada Post rate to ship in Alberta for orders under $75.
    • Free shipping in Alberta for orders over $75.
    • Some Items are not eligible for free shipping - Flat Rate Handling/Shipping. 
    • In Canada Except AB:
      • Some products may not be eligible for free shipping

    What is your return & refund policy?

    • Your satisfaction is our top priority! If you do not absolutely love your new purchase, you may return the item(s) by mail within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the original purchase price. Sale items are not eligible for returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Item must be new and unused, in original condition and in the original packaging. Certain items are exempt from returns and refunds: Gift Cards, some health and personal care items, sanitary goods, food, flowers, books and magazines.

    Contact us first. We will send you details including the return shipping address Mail the item back to us.
    You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We highly recommend adding insurance/tracking when mailing the item.
    Include the receipt/proof of purchase and a reason for the return.


    Exchanges  We will replace your item if it is defective or damaged from the manufacturer. Please contact us and we will provide you with the return shipping address.

    Gifts
    If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, you will receive a gift certificate for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
