- Contact us first. We will send you details including the return shipping address. Mail the item back to us.
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We highly recommend adding insurance/tracking when mailing the item.
- Include the receipt/proof of purchase and a reason for the return.
We will replace your item if it is defective or damaged from the manufacturer. Please contact us and we will provide you with the return shipping address.
Credit or refund
We will issue an appropriate credit or refund in one of the following ways:
- With an Original Paper Receipt, eReceipt, Original Packing Slip or Order Number, or a major credit card used at the time of purchase, the item’s purchase price will be refunded in the Original Form of Tender.
- Once we receive your return, your refund will post to your credit or debit card account within 7 to 10 business days
